This is Carmen Ng, Store Manager at our Twin Hickory location in Glen Allen. Carmen has been with us for six years, and started out as a Customer Service Representative at our Short Pump location. Because of her leadership and dedication, she was then selected to lead the team at Twin Hickory.

We asked Carmen a few questions so you could get to know her better and here’s what she answered:

Tell me a little about yourself and your family – “I love spending time with my two children and our puppy named Layla, and we love to go fishing.”

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you like to go?

“The Caribbean, because I love the water and going to the beach.”

Who is your personal hero?

“My grandfather, because he’s always been there for me and he’s a great example of strength to me.”

What’s your favorite thing about Puritan Cleaners?

“My favorite thing about Puritan Cleaners is the customers.  I love taking care of them and making them happy.”
