This is Montell White, Home Delivery Route Mentor.  Montell has been with us for 10 years and started out as a Home Delivery Route Manager for our Midlothian customers.  Because of his great attitude and leadership, our Home Delivery Routes have grown tremendously.  He was even named Mentor of the Year in 2014 by The Route Pros.

We asked Montell a few questions so you could get to know him better and here’s what he said:

Tell us a little about yourself and your family. “I am from Annapolis Maryland. I have been married for 15 years and have 3 energetic boys. At my church I am a Deacon and play percussion in our worship band. I have coached soccer for the Richmond Kickers for 7 years. I played in a bag pipe band for 5 years. I grew up near the water and love spending time on the family sailboat. Seafood is my favorite food, especially crabs.”

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you like to go and why? “If I could travel anywhere in the world I think I would like to go back packing in New Zealand. The landscape is stunning and there are no predators on the island to look out for!”

Who is your personal hero? Why? “My Grandfather was my personal hero. He had the greatest sense of humor and inspired me to go to art school at VCU. I am named after him and even resemble him.”

What’s your favorite thing about Puritan Cleaners? “My favorite thing about Puritan Cleaners is the positive culture and environment that we are known for. We are a big family that works together to be the best in our community!”
