Our Coats for Kids program is a labor of love for our team of over 170 employees. Every year since 1988 kind people in our community have donated coats of all shapes and sizes at their neighborhood Puritan Cleaners. The Coats For Kids team made a trip to one of our favorite schools when we visited Curtis Elementary School in Chester. This school is consistently one of our best school visits every year, and 2014 was no exception. Great staff, generous and excited kids, and of course, lots of coats.
The kids at Matoaca High School decided to honor their retiring principal, Mr. Cunningham, by collecting over 200 coats. This was our first visit here and we were really impressed by the kids here and can’t wait to get back next year.
The Puritan Cleaners’ Coats For Kids team visits Stonewall Jackson Middle School in Hanover for the first time and we’re very impressed by their first foray into Coats For Kids collecting. Thanks for your help, and we’ll see you again next year!
